We supply Pilot Operated Safety Relief Valves (POSRV) for high-integrity overpressure protection in oil, gas, and petrochemical services—especially where tight shut-off, high set pressure accuracy, and stable operation under back pressure are required. In this design, a small pilot valve continuously senses upstream pressure and controls the opening of the main valve. When system pressure reaches the set point, the pilot actuates and quickly opens the main valve to provide full relieving capacity. Pilot operated SRVs are widely selected for gas and vapor services, flare and blowdown systems, and high-pressure process lines where minimizing product loss and preventing seat leakage are critical.
